When a meeting recording has finished uploading, the HeyGov AI will attempt to identify the people participating in the meeting with the transcript lines.

In order to not make mistakes and wrongly assign a speaker, this step needs a confirmation from you.

What needs to be done

• Check that each Speaker x line is assigned to the correct person
• If you need to watch/listen to the recording where a specific speaker is speaking, click on the ▶️ button to start playing the recording exactly where the speaker is saying something
• If a meeting speaker is not found in the drop-down, scroll to the last option “➕ Add speaker” to create a speaker profile
• After each Speaker x line has a speaker name assigned, click on the button “Assign speakers to transcript”
