With ClerkMinutes you have 2 options to publish your minutes:
Here we will show you how you can use both options.
This option allows you to take a URL from your generated minutes and post it on your website. Your residents can click on the link and see only the finalized minutes.
The benefit is that if you need to edit the minutes after publishing, the edits are immediately implemented. If there was a typo or a mistake in the minutes, by simply fixing it manually in ClerkMinutes you will not need to re-download and re-upload anything.
Additionally, with the generated minutes your residents will have access to the video/audio recording and the agenda. The Public agenda will include timestamps in the recording itself.
Step 1: After your minutes are generated click on the Public page for minutes button in the top right hand side

Step 2: Click in the URL bar in your browser to Copy the link. Once you copy the link you can publish it anywhere.

This option allows for the flexibility of your current processes. Maybe your website supports Agendas and Minutes that can be uploaded by PDF or Word document.
Once your Minutes are generated by the AI you can click on the Download minutes button. This will allow you to download the minutes that are generated so you can upload them to your website.
