ClerkMinutes now allows you to customize how your meeting minutes look when exported. You can adjust fonts, headers, add your municipal logo, and more—all saved at the department level so you only need to set it up once.
Accessing Template Settings
- Navigate to any meeting in your department
- Look for the Template Settings in the Minutes tab
- Click to open the template customization settings

- or open the settings in the meetings list and choose a Department

Available Customization Options
You can customize the following elements of your minutes:
- Fonts: Change the typeface and size for your minutes text
- Header Layout: Adjust how the header appears at the top of your minutes
- Logo: Upload and display your municipality's logo
- Additional formatting options: Depending on your needs

How Template Settings Work
Saved by Department
Your template settings are saved at the department level, which means:
- Set it once: Configure your template preferences one time, and they'll apply to all future meetings in that department
- No repetitive setup: You won't need to adjust settings for each individual meeting
