Sometimes the AI can mix up speakers and their numbers. This can happen due to several challenges from the AI hallucinating to a bad segment in a recording.
We have created a way where you decide what the speaker number is. You basically tell the AI if a transcript segment has the wrong speaker assigned to it.
Step 1: Go to Transcript & Speakers and click on the Speaker number/name and click Change speaker number
Step 2: An Option will appear where for speaker #1 I can now assign that it was in fact speaker #2
